With a red weather warning currently in play, our Glasgow office is closed today. However, our phone lines are open as usual. Our Aberdeen & Inverness offices are unaffected and remain open. Our team is ready to respond and ensure you and your home remains as safe and comfortable as possible during this time.

To ensure adequate and immediate support to all our customers, our property management team will be available on all office phone lines which will remain open Friday, Saturday and Sunday 9am-5pm.

For tips on keep your property safe this weekend we recommend the following:

• Securing any loose objects around your home that could be blown into windows and cars.
• Locking all doors and windows, especially those on the side of the house facing the wind. Don’t forget external doors or any trapdoors and window shutters within your home.
• Ensure vehicles are parked away from trees, fences and walls, or in a garage if possible.
• Move any objects away tall or fragile chimney stacks.
• Stay clear of buildings and trees to avoid falling debris if you must go outdoors. Ensure you avoid the sheltered side of walls and fences. If they collapse, they’ll fall that way. Only open doors on the sheltered side of your house to enter or exit, and always close them behind you.

• Be mindful of weakened walls, buildings, and trees—give them a wide berth.
