Let Us Know That You’ve Sold Your Property

Thank your getting in touch to let us know about the sale of your property.

In order to apportion charges between you and the new owner, we’ll need your solicitor to formally notify us of the sale. This is usually part of the conveyancing process and it’s likely that the purchaser solicitor will ask for confirmation of the factoring arrangements at the property.

PLEASE NOTE that the process of apportioning costs between the seller and buyer does attract an administration fee. For further information please consult our Written Statement of Services (which is issued to all customers when they become our clients and refreshed periodically)

If you have paid a Float as part of the factoring arrangement, you should be aware that this can take up to six months to return to you after the sale has concluded
