Changing your factor seems like a right bother. You need to get agreement from other residents, get bogged down in paperwork, liaise with your current factor… Better just to put up with shoddy factoring services and increasing factoring fees, isnt it?
Not at all. It’s easy to change your factor to Newton Property Management, and we’ll guide you through the whole process. Change your factor in just 3 simple steps.

We study your Deed of Conditions and offer advice on how to make a change. Usually this is something as simple as meeting with your co-owners and taking a vote. We’re happy to help arrange the meeting and even track down non-resident landlords. It’s easy when you know how!
Inform your current factor by post. We can supply you with a letter template to help you. All you need to do is provide us with evidence of the properly made decision.
If you are an existing Newton customer, and you arrange the transfer of the factoring of your second property to Newton, we’ll credit both of your accounts to the value of one years’ management fee! This will help to off-set future factoring charges, or if your account is in credit, you can get in touch with our accounts department to request a refund! Please note, offer is valid on two properties maximum.
We don’t borrow funds, and we don’t use client floats to fund other projects.
At Newton, we value people before profit.
We don’t use a one-size-fits-all approach. All properties are different.
We assign an experienced manager to every development, and combine our collective decades of experience for your benefit.
The world has changed. And so has property factoring.
We factor for the 21st century, using technology and experience to benefit the homeowners we work with.
