Newton Property Management Expand Inverclyde Operations With New Greenock Office

Newton Property Management, a leading provider of property factoring services across Scotland, is excited to announce the opening of a new office in Inverclyde. The expansion comes on the back of the successful acquisition of Morison Walker Property Management in 2023, a historic company rooted in Greenock since its inception in the early 19th century. Many a Greenockian will have visited the stone stairwell at their office on Patrick Street to pay a bill or simply chat with staff. Located on Eldon Street overlooking Battery Park, the new Newton office is strategically located to provide the same accessibility for clients and partners.

With a dedicated team of property managers based in Greenock, customers will benefit from increased personalised support ensuring they have access to the resources they need, right on their doorstep. The Greenock office will offer a full range of property management services, from maintenance and repair coordination to tenant communication and financial management.
